Fees

We aim for complete transparency and predictability in our fee structure to assist counsel and clients with costs budgeting. Our fees are designed to be competitive, proportionate to the claim, and reflective of the value gained by avoiding further litigation.

Our Inclusive Fee Structure

All agreed fees cover:

• Comprehensive Preparation: All advance work, document review, and administrative time.

• The Session: Hosting, the mediation itself, and general administration.

• Location: Fees apply whether the mediation is conducted in-person or remotely via Zoom.

Payment Terms: Agreed fees will be confirmed before a mediation booking is fixed. We require payment 7 days before the scheduled start date (or immediately upon booking if the notice period is shorter).

Standard Fees

For a claim valued at up to £100,000, our proposed fixed charge per party whether in person or by Zoom for a full day mediation of 10am (or earlier if required) to 5pm is £1,000, plus travel and accommodation or venue hire (if any). 

For a claim valued at £100,000 to £500,000, our proposed fixed charge is £1,500. 

After 5pm, we charge £200 per hour per party, billed afterwards and payable within 14 days.  

For claims valued at over £500,000, please contact us for a competitive and proportionate proposal.

Flexibility and Court-Ordered Limits

We recognize that circumstances can require flexibility, and we strive to accommodate reasonable requests:

• Court-Restricted Fees: If the Court has restricted the cost of mediator's fees, please inform us. We can generally work within these limits and are happy to discuss the parameters of the case.

• Deserving Circumstances: If there are other deserving circumstances that impact your ability to pay the standard fee, please contact us directly. We are always willing to discuss fees and make allowances if we can assist in achieving a resolution.
