If you have any reason to complain, our policy is as follows:
All complaints will be acknowledged in writing within 5 working days.
All complaints will be investigated and responded to within 21 days. On rare occasions, longer may be required, and in that case any complainant will be notified and informed of how much longer it will take to investigate and respond.
Following that response, there are no further internal procedures or appeals.
In certain circumstances, a response which is not accepted may be referred to the Civil Mediation Council by way of appeal. Details of that can be found here: https://civilmediation.org/complaints/
